I’m Sabrina, a San Diego native who grew up  in east county and am now proudly serving our San Carlos/La Mesa community and beyond!​ As a career woman and single mother (of a now adult), I know how essential self-care is. I’ve designed services and events that allow you to unplug, recharge, and release any tension your mind and body is holding onto.​I’ve been in the healing arts professionally since 2007 and have never been more in love with my craft than I am today.

I have a deep understanding for the mind/body/emotional connection and work closely with each guest to craft an ideal healing experience while providing tools for them to carry into their daily life. Together, we will create a long-term regimen tailored to your unique lifestyle to leave you feeling more balanced, grounded, and nurtured so that you are the best version of yourself for both you and those around you. Because our physical pain is often rooted in an emotional component, I offer a variety of energy modalities including looking at your human design chart to help you step into your purpose and be your most aligned self.
